Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,502 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detoxification of copper ion, Stress response to copper ion, and Regulation of somitogenesis. Each is linked with TFF3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF3-to-partner and partner-to-TFF3 results are reported.
