TFEC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,472 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFEC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RCSD1, and RENBP. Each is linked with TFEC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEC-to-partner and partner-to-TFEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFEC versus RASAL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
