Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFEC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,247 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYRM1, CEACAM4, and RPS19. Each is linked with TFEC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEC-to-partner and partner-to-TFEC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFEC versus LYRM1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
