TFEC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFEC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,466 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-90P, UHRF1, and CEP57L1. Each is linked with TFEC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEC-to-partner and partner-to-TFEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-90P grouped by TFEC-low versus TFEC-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
