Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFEC mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRT0105446, Serdemetan, and Talazoparib. Each is linked with TFEC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEC-to-partner and partner-to-TFEC results are reported.
