TFE3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,553 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA8UP, SQSTM1, and GPX1. Each is linked with TFE3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFE3-to-partner and partner-to-TFE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFE3 versus GOLGA8UP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
