TFE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,373 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5T2, PDLIM1P3, and RNA5SP24. Each is linked with TFE3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFE3-to-partner and partner-to-TFE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5T2 grouped by TFE3-low versus TFE3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
