Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,506 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Growth hormone secretion, Type 2 mitophagy, and Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with TFE3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFE3-to-partner and partner-to-TFE3 results are reported.
