TFDP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFDP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFDP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUS1P4, FAM106DP, and MIR101-2. Each is linked with TFDP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFDP3-to-partner and partner-to-TFDP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUS1P4 grouped by TFDP3-low versus TFDP3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFDP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFDP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
