TFCP2L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFCP2L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,871 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFCP2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, NUP54, and CXCL10. Each is linked with TFCP2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFCP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-TFCP2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFCP2L1 versus IFNG in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFCP2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFCP2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
