Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-853P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-853P expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-853P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, RNU6-853P RNA expression shows 11,165 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PDAC. Together, these results highlight KIRC, LUSC, and PDAC as cancer lineages where RNU6-853P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
