Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-853P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-853P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6-853P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-853P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRP show a favorable association.

KIRC, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where RNU6-853P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
