Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFCP2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,644 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFCP2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP10, RNA5SP459, and NEDD8-MDP1. Each is linked with TFCP2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFCP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-TFCP2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP10 grouped by TFCP2L1-low versus TFCP2L1-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFCP2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFCP2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
