TFCP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFCP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,832 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TARBP2, AAAS, and HNRNPA1L2. Each is linked with TFCP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFCP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFCP2 versus TARBP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
