TFCP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFCP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,213 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFCP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID2, ILF2, and NAP1L1. Each is linked with TFCP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFCP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFCP2 versus ARID2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
