TFB2M

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFB2M protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,129 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFB2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, MS4A2, and IFFO1. Each is linked with TFB2M in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFB2M-to-partner and partner-to-TFB2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFB2M versus CNRIP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFB2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFB2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
