TFB2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFB2M mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFB2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin-1, and ATM. Each is linked with TFB2M in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFB2M-to-partner and partner-to-TFB2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TFB2M-low versus TFB2M-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFB2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFB2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
