Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFB2M RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,807 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFB2M-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of rRNA processing, Nuclear pore organization, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with TFB2M in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFB2M-to-partner and partner-to-TFB2M results are reported.
