TFB2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFB2M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFB2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, PIRT, and OR10W1. Each is linked with TFB2M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFB2M-to-partner and partner-to-TFB2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB5 grouped by TFB2M-low versus TFB2M-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFB2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFB2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
