TFB1M

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFB1M RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFB1M-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REPS1, SCAF8, and PPIL4. Each is linked with TFB1M in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFB1M-to-partner and partner-to-TFB1M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFB1M versus REPS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFB1M→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFB1M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
