TFB1M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFB1M mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFB1M-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4G. Each is linked with TFB1M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFB1M-to-partner and partner-to-TFB1M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by TFB1M-low versus TFB1M-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFB1M→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFB1M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
