TFB1M

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFB1M RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,065 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFB1M-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at mitochondrial promoter, Formate biosynthetic process, and Mitochondrial small ribosomal subunit assembly. Each is linked with TFB1M in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFB1M-to-partner and partner-to-TFB1M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription initiation at mitochondrial promoter grouped by TFB1M-low versus TFB1M-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFB1M→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFB1M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
