TFAP2D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP2D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,850 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG4C, KLRC1, and OXNAD1. Each is linked with TFAP2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2D-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2D versus ATG4C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
