TFAP2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDC80, CHAF1A, and WDHD1. Each is linked with TFAP2D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2D-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDC80 grouped by TFAP2D-low versus TFAP2D-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
