TFAP2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFAP2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT28, KRTAP21-1, and SLC22A25. Each is linked with TFAP2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2D-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT28 grouped by TFAP2D-low versus TFAP2D-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
