TFAP2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,818 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC2A1, CDCP1, and RAB27B. Each is linked with TFAP2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2A-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2A versus SLC2A1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
