TFAP2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,250 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP2A-AS1, CYSTM1, and XPNPEP2. Each is linked with TFAP2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2A-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2A versus TFAP2A-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
