TFAMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,693 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, TAF7, and PFAS. Each is linked with TFAMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-TFAMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by TFAMP1-low versus TFAMP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
