TF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,982 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLIN4, ANK2, and PPP1R1A. Each is linked with TF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TF-to-partner and partner-to-TF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TF versus PLIN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TF→partner) and Y-score (partner→TF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
