TF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3935, RNA5SP139, and CYCTP. Each is linked with TF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TF-to-partner and partner-to-TF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3935 grouped by TF-low versus TF-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TF→partner) and Y-score (partner→TF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
