TF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LALBA, GP9, and WDR87. Each is linked with TF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TF-to-partner and partner-to-TF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LALBA grouped by TF-low versus TF-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TF→partner) and Y-score (partner→TF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
