Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX55 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX55-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4706, RPS29P32, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with TEX55 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX55-to-partner and partner-to-TEX55 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4706 grouped by TEX55-low versus TEX55-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX55→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
