TEX49

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX49-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP456, RNY1P1, and RNA5SP512. Each is linked with TEX49 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX49-to-partner and partner-to-TEX49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP456 grouped by TEX49-low versus TEX49-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX49→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
