TEX49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 152 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization involved in programmed cell death, Regulation of action potential, and Somatic recombination of immunoglobulin genes involved in immune response. Each is linked with TEX49 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX49-to-partner and partner-to-TEX49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization involved in programmed cell death grouped by TEX49-low versus TEX49-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX49→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
