TEX45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,567 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HB, ADNP, and PHF12. Each is linked with TEX45 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX45-to-partner and partner-to-TEX45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX45→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
