Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEX45 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TEX45 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TEX45 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX45 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and BRCA show a favorable association.
SCLC, KIRC, and BRCA are the cancer types where TEX45 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
