Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX43-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT1CP, RN7SL248P, and MIR5681A. Each is linked with TEX43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX43-to-partner and partner-to-TEX43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX43→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
