Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,386 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Response to starvation. Each is linked with TEX38 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX38-to-partner and partner-to-TEX38 results are reported.
