Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,909 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of neuron projection arborization, Iron-sulfur cluster assembly, and Mitotic intra-S DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with TEX37 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX37-to-partner and partner-to-TEX37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of neuron projection arborization grouped by TEX37-low versus TEX37-high in STAD.
