TEX37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX37-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNA5SP198, and MTND3P20. Each is linked with TEX37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX37-to-partner and partner-to-TEX37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by TEX37-low versus TEX37-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
