Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEX35 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TEX35 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TEX35 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, KIRP, and BLCA are the cancer types where TEX35 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
