TEX35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX35-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with TEX35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX35-to-partner and partner-to-TEX35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TEX35-low versus TEX35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX35→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
