TEX35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX35-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2B3, ASPA, and FHL5. Each is linked with TEX35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX35-to-partner and partner-to-TEX35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2B3 grouped by TEX35-low versus TEX35-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX35→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
