TEX29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,586 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX29-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS7, FAM209B, and RASGRP3-AS1. Each is linked with TEX29 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX29-to-partner and partner-to-TEX29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX29 versus HAUS7 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
