TEX261

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX261 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,059 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX261-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NONO, NUP155, and ORC5. Each is linked with TEX261 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX261-to-partner and partner-to-TEX261 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX261 versus NONO in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX261→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX261) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
