Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX261 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX261-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP415, PAQR3, and RELL2. Each is linked with TEX261 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX261-to-partner and partner-to-TEX261 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP415 grouped by TEX261-low versus TEX261-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX261→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX261) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
