The most reproducible TEX261-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, and Establishment of spindle orientation. Each is linked with TEX261 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX261-to-partner and partner-to-TEX261 results are reported.
