TEX26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX26-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG1_pT346, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with TEX26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX26-to-partner and partner-to-TEX26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDRG1_pT346 grouped by TEX26-low versus TEX26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX26→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
