TEX19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX19-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHSRP, RNU6-490P, and RPL23AP84. Each is linked with TEX19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX19-to-partner and partner-to-TEX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KHSRP grouped by TEX19-low versus TEX19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
