Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 219 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3L, SLC25A17, and AP4S1. Each is linked with TEX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX15-to-partner and partner-to-TEX15 results are reported.
